Explained had another co change oil few months ago, have not added oil. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I was told oil was changed, all checked out and trie pressure light will go off/ added air (tire light did go off) Note (Only engine light was on when I brought it in) While diving away I saw the engine light was still on. Thinking it needed time to reset I drove home. The light never went off. I call the dealership back, they were NOT under the impression I was there cause I believe the High Oil Level was the reason why the engine light was on. I said “ So I waited 2 1/2 hrs (even with an appointment) just to have an oil change. Waiting area had coffee, water and a TV. Restroom and waiting area were very clean. More
Dropped our car off for a service appointment on a Tuesday at 7:30 am. They followed up the next day as though I had no appointment. Kept the car for 7 days and never provided written documentation of Tuesday at 7:30 am. They followed up the next day as though I had no appointment. Kept the car for 7 days and never provided written documentation of anything. Very poor communication. Spent between 49 and 63 minutes on hold each time I tried to contact a human in the service department. Perhaps one of the worst businesses I have to deal with. It’s a reason to not purchase a Mini - getting it serviced is a giant time-suck. You’ll be without a vehicle for days and days. More

I took my BMW X5 in for a state inspection and also some routine maintenance as well as a need to have my undercarriage checked due to a piece of metal in the roadway getting stuck there that I had to remove. I was introduced to Jake, my Service Advisor and also to Mr. Nguyen who is the Director of Service. They were both very nice and accommodating! Sergio, the mechanic who worked on the vehicle, even produced a very thorough video going over the issues I mentioned! I will be back with this vehicle and my wife's vehicle as well! Thanks so much for the exceptional service in a relaxed atmosphere and thanks to the management at BMW of Arlington for hiring these type folks! I highly recommend this dealership! More
Grant Gaskins exhibited complete disrespect during negotiations of pricing on a vehicle I was interested in. Laughed, mocked, and spoke sarcastically. Definitely not professional behavior. I will take my business to 1 of the other 12 BMW dealerships I emailed in regards to my purchase and give my money to the dealership that handles their customers with respect. More
So, my daughter wanted to trade in her Audi A4 for a new BMW X3. We had previously purchased the A4 from Mo/Alex when they were at Grapevine Audi just west of DFW Airport. Was a great experience once we h BMW X3. We had previously purchased the A4 from Mo/Alex when they were at Grapevine Audi just west of DFW Airport. Was a great experience once we had a chance to meet with Alex. But, this is about the X3 purchase. We were nothing short of ecstatic that we learned Mo was at BMW of Arlington. I am a looooong time BMW owner myself, getting my first 320i in 1981, and owning the following models over the next 30 years; 1979 BMW 320i, 1977 BMW 630CSi, 1984 Alpina B6 Euro 635CSi, 1984 318i, 1985 BMW 535i, 1988 BMW 735i (had the rare US 5 speed option), 1989 BMW 750iL, 1994 BMW 525i, 2000 BMW 528i Totaled February 2000 with just a couple of thousand miles on it, replacement 2000 BMW 528i (replacement for car above), 2000 BMW 323i, 2002 BMW X5 3.0, 2004 BMW X3 3.0, 2006 BMW 330i. So, as you can see, not a stranger to the BMW world or the BMW CCA for that matter. When Mo heard we would be coming out, (Thank you for giving him a heads-up Alex!), he carved out time to meet with my daughter in person in his office. Since this was only her second ‘new’ car purchase and ‘dad’ had taken the discussion as far as he could take it, Mo patiently (very!) answered her questions over the next few days. There were many…. She also wanted a particular combo & option package. Mind you, this was at the tail end of the 2021 model year and the “global chip shortage” was not helping. While that impacted availability, she did get a great offer on her trade… (Thank you Mo & Alex!). So, she ended up with the color she wanted, but a different interior color than she wanted at first, but that may have worked out better, as the combo looks stellar (Carbon Black & Cognac). So, at the end of all this, she had a great experience, Mo was just Awesome, one of his guy’s got the deal, and the professional courtesy Mo & Alex showed us was just simply above & beyond. Pro tip: If you go visit Mo or BMW of Arlington, go visit Prince’s Lebanese for lunch or dinner when you in Arlington! What they did with an old Sonic will blow you away. Their food is off the charts! Even Guy likes it! Thank you Mo & Alex! Oh, and if you are looking for an Audi, go see Alex in FW at Audi of Ft. Worth on University! More
The technician did a great job on finding what was wrong and repairing my car. The service was excellent. I brought my BMW to this dealership because it was closer for service. I had to get a loaner and to my surprise the windshield was cracked from one side to the other. Their service took forever to accomplish for service. I had to get a loaner and to my surprise the windshield was cracked from one side to the other. Their service took forever to accomplish. My service rep was not communicative with the progress. I would called the service manager per my concerns, he was never available and I would always leave messages for call back. Again to my surprise no one would respond. What kind of BMW dealership is this… So I decided to continue to drive across town for professional, quality, friendly BMW service. More
