So everything went well up until I left the lot and I had a flat tire on my right rear. This was after the service advisor telling me that I needed new tires and it would cost me $2000 and I said I would hol a flat tire on my right rear. This was after the service advisor telling me that I needed new tires and it would cost me $2000 and I said I would hold off on that for now. So conveniently I had a flat tire once I left the lot and I did not turn my car in that way. Needless to say I went somewhere else to get new tires and they was much cheaper than $2000. I don’t appreciate being fooled with and tricked into buying new tires it’s tacky and it’s petty and you guys should do better to your clientele More

Hi, a few things actually. First is that I was very disappointed to have been charged for a diagnosis and also additionally for a delete of a key in the car system that I lost. First is that I was very disappointed to have been charged for a diagnosis and also additionally for a delete of a key in the car system that I lost. All the diagnostic tool was to plug into the car and run the tool, and since you were already there, the key could have been deleted in the same session, but I was changed for 2 different things and I think that was not called for. Additionally, and maybe worst, it looks like the techs tried to close the hood, and had a tool still sitting on it and as a result the right side has a plastic part broken, but worst the hood was now miss aligned. I’m not interested in anything, I just wanted to give you that feedback as I’m sure you can ask the tech that worked on the car or look at some video that hopefully you have from them working on it. I moved so it’s not like I can come in for you guys to see it and fix it, but just wanted to let you know More
