Took my 745LI in for service it was 10 days new. When I got it out of the service dept it had scratches in the paint down the passenger ise and back bumper. This must be the worst BMW service dealership I have ever been to. I took my car in for regular maintenance to get the water pump and thermostat replaced. Car worked fine for about 3 months, then over heat been to. I took my car in for regular maintenance to get the water pump and thermostat replaced. Car worked fine for about 3 months, then over heated. To make a long story short, the thermostat they replaced was defective, and they said that the overheating issue was not caused by that. Basically the car blew a head gasket and they would not take responsibility. I had to call the BAR, who did an investigation, and had them replace my motor, after some serious arguing. BMW even wanted to charge me for a mistake that THEY did. When they replaced the motor, I took it to an independent BMW repair shop to evaluate the work. They said everything was done sloppy and unprofessional. More

Brought in my car for a scheduled oil service. At the time I was being checked in I mentioned the weatherstriping on the driver door was torn. This repair was approved for warranty and added to the order time I was being checked in I mentioned the weatherstriping on the driver door was torn. This repair was approved for warranty and added to the order. I waited at the dealer for the service and they were done an hour later.<br>Great service and quality work. I have a new 545 on order through this dealer because of past positive experiences. More
