BMW of Barrington responded

This individual worked for a supplier of ours. She insisted on purchasing this car despite us offering her alternative options at the time. Now that she is no longer employed with our supplier she finds it necessary to air her frustrations online. Not sure if this truly about the car or something else. She is obviously welcome to explore her options, but our repair estimates are in line with other BMW dealers in the market. I find it curious that some people need to take their grievances to a social media forum vs having the fortitude to look for amicable solution. In fact. I am yet to get a call from her to see how we can assist her...repair, trade, etc. I guess we're beyond that. Good luck. CH, General Manager

Well I would like to say that the response from the dealership is not true at all. I did not "insist" on purchasing this car - your sales men convinced me this was the best car for me after showing me a few options (all at Motor Werks locations). I am venting my frustration on how poorly your service department helped me and tried to scam me. Your repair estimates are not in line with nearby BMW dealers as I have checked and received much cheaper quotes from them. Also your dealership tried to convince me that I had several other things wrong with my car, when in fact I did not (again checking with other nearby BMW dealerships). Not one person has tried to contact me to try and fix this issue!
