I had a terrible experience with BMW of Barrington. I recently purchased two new BMWs, and we were pressured into taking out a warranty contract that we were told was mandatory. The salesperson, Christ I recently purchased two new BMWs, and we were pressured into taking out a warranty contract that we were told was mandatory. The salesperson, Christopher Roehm, made it seem like there was no option to purchase the cars without this warranty. To make matters worse, we later discovered that the warranty contract is non-refundable. This feels like an unethical practice, especially when we were not fully informed about the terms. We expected much better transparency and customer service from a BMW dealership. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to be cautious about hidden fees and warranties. Very disappointed. More
