From the minute I walked into the dealership, Matt was attentive and informative. Never once did he actually try to sell me on anything. Being in AZ I had to rely a great deal on Matt, as well as a friend with whom Matt spent a great deal of time inspecting and test driving the vehicle. I received a fair price for my trade-in and two car carriers later, which Matt and his team quickly arranged, we swapped vehicles and I had my car within 10 days!! 2ND USER CAR PURCHASE IN A YEAR Yesnia did not sell me a car. She helped me buy one. Yesenia wants it to be a good fit, the purchase to be fun, & for me be happy knowing that I'm getting what I want a very fair price. There's much to do to finalize a purchase. She is very well organized & has everything in place for a seamless delivery. She is a very competent person who takes pride in being an achiever. If she decided to change careers, she could be the head administrator at a hospital ER. There were some minor problems, but Mike Gargano, the BMW new car mgr, Andy Shah the BMW used car mgr, & Joe Spata, the Mercedes user car mgr quickly were there to add assistance, I really didn't all this additional help. They simply wanted to assure me they would do whatever it takes to make this a pleasant experience, As aforementioned in the description header, this was my second used car purchase with Yesnia in the last year. They found the car at a couple of other dealerships but the other dealerships wouldn't budge and send the cars. They even had me look for any car in the country and they would bring it over. Eventually, they advised me to just order a car. Other than the time it took to get the allocation and the shipping time, everything else was very speedy. I got my perfect car that i currently love. Yesenia and Chris just made it happen. At the beginning, the one price model is a bit annoying because we all like to think we got a deal. But eventually you realize they just cut to the deal and that's easier. I think I got an extremely competitive price for the car. Much better than other dealerships. Thanks Yesenia and Chris. I recently started looking for a car for my wife and it quickly became a tiring experience with dealerships. We would go test drive a car, and have the dealership nickle and dime the price of the car higher than what was advertised. My wife was pretty much fed up with the whole car buying process and all of the gimmicks built in. We we're lucky enough to find Agnes about a month ago on a different vehicle than what we purchased. The initial deal fell through due to some financial hoops we had to jump through at the time. Agnes was very professional, she took time to find out what we actually wanted and what we could comfortably afford. She went through a bazillion (literally) possible scenarios with us to figure out what was the best fit for us. Shes obviously an extremely hard worker and a devoted professional. We found the perfect car for my wife and at a price that we could comfortably afford. Thumbs up Agnes. I'll be hitting you up when I get my Porsche itch. TLDR; If you want a BMW, Benz, Porsche or anything else that she can put her name on don't waste your time anywhere else, save yourself the headache and go to Agnes. More
