I am from Minnesota, so I was trusting them on the condition of the car. It was everything they said, and even more. They also took my 3-series on trade, sight unseen. The whole buying experience was great, easy and painless. I was out the door in under 45 minutes! I have never bought a car that took less than 2 hours. They had a BMW Genius run through the car's options with me so I would be all set for my 6 hour drive back to Minnesota. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience. Yasenia and Ryan were fantastic. Both went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. Even though we were there for a long-time asking questions it never felt like it but Yesenia and Ryan were so helpful and welcoming. When it came time to pick up the car all the paper work was well organized and went very quickly. Nick had the challenge of teaching us the car controls he has the patience of a saint; it was a very busy Saturday and not once did we feel like he was rushing through all the material we had to learn.
