Got there and they had the vehicle ready for my test drive. Car was great better then expected just as advertised. Victor answer all my question and we agree on the price. I had my finance ready and Aldijana the finance lady came to me and said hey I can get you better rates and will only show on your Business credit only and not personal. I said awesome make it happen and if it show on my personal report I will come for you :)! Got it all done and out the door about 1 and 1/2 hours. They delivered the car 4 hours later, just in show room condition! I would come to these guys on my next BMW purchase 100%. So far happy with purchasing from them. Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish This was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was certainly not the anywhere near the most expensive car on the lot, but the level of service we received made us feel like extremely valuable customers. I felt the process was honest, thorough, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. The process started when I called to see if the car we were interested was still on the lot. The woman who took my call was very curteous and when we arrived, the car was already pulled up to the front and ready for a test drive. Our BMW was dropped off at our house by Robert in immaculate condition and he took the time to explain every button a feature until I, not only understood it, but he took the time to set many options to my preferences. My husband has since proclaimed he is BMW for life now and I really don't see why we would go anywhere else for the next vehicle. More

The price was fair (thanks, Andy) and our salesperson Yesenia was the best. She walked me through the entire process and seemed to genuinely care about customer service. There was even a warning light that came on as I pulled away from the dealership and they went above and beyond to make sure it was addressed and the minor repair happened ASAP. They even sent a valet to pick up the car at my office 40 minutes away (he then also dropped it back off when the repair was completed). I would rate my overall satisfaction from 1-10, a 10! More
