Regarding the dealership: Service people are fantastic and always willing to find ways to help satisfy customer needs. The parts department however, seem to rather sit and talk amongst themselves and wait for me to ask for help. More recently, I went into make a purchase and was basically ignored. I will make that parts purchase on line. Lastly, the new look of the dealership is very nicely done. More

Inquiring for a 650i gran coupe! Contacted BMW of Motor Werks! Brian reply to email quick. Schedule to come at next morning at 10:00, he assigned Victor to assisted me. Got there and Contacted BMW of Motor Werks! Brian reply to email quick. Schedule to come at next morning at 10:00, he assigned Victor to assisted me. Got there and they had the vehicle ready for my test drive. Car was great better then expected just as advertised. Victor answer all my question and we agree on the price. I had my finance ready and Aldijana the finance lady came to me and said hey I can get you better rates and will only show on your Business credit only and not personal. I said awesome make it happen and if it show on my personal report I will come for you :)! Got it all done and out the door about 1 and 1/2 hours. They delivered the car 4 hours later, just in show room condition! I would come to these guys on my next BMW purchase 100%. So far happy with purchasing from them.
