Erik graciously gave us a tour of the maintenance facilities, and provided us with insight to the Service Department. I usually don’t due surveys. I felt that I got a great price on the car and a fair value for my trade-in. All the staff were extremely helpful. A car purchase can stretch several hours, but with their attention and conversation I never felt like I was waiting or ignored. In fact, the staff were the kind of people I'd enjoy talking with even if I weren't buying a car, particularly Harry in sales and Ryan in finance.
