But when I first made contact with Fran (sales guy) i stress all my concerns going into the conversation and he really ensure me that this will be a smooth breeze and he was so right on he made the car buying experience stress free .. we went over my options everything we discussed over the phone when I got to the dealer the process was as easy as he started. I would recommend this car dealership for the excellent cars and the sales representative who made the typical stereotype horror stories UNTRUE . there are really great sales rep who have your best interest and listen to your concern making you feel comfortable about purchasing your new car ....... Over the past 6 years I've Seen Jim as my service advisor and for the past 6+ years my service experience with him has always been flawless. Now that he's managing service, Steve is my new service advisor and service is still impeccable. I service all of my BMW's at Bel Air and recommend all of my friends to do the same. All my questions answered Came into the dealership for an oil change and the service department found issues with my car. I was surprised by the information but I was able to Came into the dealership for an oil change and the service department found issues with my car. I was surprised by the information but I was able to sit down with Jim the device manager and he explained in detail all of the issues, why they needed to be addressed, and what my options were. It is hard to find people who are willing to take the time to do this anymore. I highly recommend anyone who needs service to come to this location. More
