I went to BMW of Bel Air to look at a 2010 certified pre-owned 5 series. The sales person, Nic Brown, came out into the lot to greet me. We went to his office to get additional information and on the way, he stopped to answer my questions about a 2011 528 i on the showroom floor. In the end, I wound up buying the 2011 5 series. Nic did a great job of comparing models, prices and option packages which made my decision easier. The vehicle I chose was not on the lot but he found it elsewhere and had it shipped in. I don't like waiting around for paperwork, etc. during the purchase process so Nic had everything filled out in advance of my arrival and all that was required were signatures. After the paperwork was complete, Nic demonstrated the operation of all features to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the buying experience. More

The sales professional I worked with, Nic Brown, took the time to explain the variances between the vehicles e.g. their performance design, operability, and driving style. Nic quickly developed an understanding of my preferences, drive style, and budget. The car of choice was a BMW 335 xi. BMW offers excellent financing opportunities and BMW of Bel Air also works with area credit unions to achieve maximum affordability for their customers. I experienced this first hand in working with the finance manager (Scott). I have owned a number of vehicles (Nissan, Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler) and BMW is by far the highest quality, highest performance, driver responsive vehicle I have ever owned. I've just completed my first service check through the BMW Preventative Maintenance Program (another fantastic reason to buy a BMW). I have been taking my car for few years now mainly because I like the friendly and relaxed environment at this dealership.Brian listens to you and takes the extra steps to address your concerns. For example, I have the aluminium interior trim that gets easily damaged due to the seat belt being released too early by the driver. I noticed few knicks due to mechanics and porters releasing seat belt too early. Too reduce any additional knicks to the trim,Brian makes sure he drives the car to and back from the service area. I really appreciate that he does this. Last month, BMW of Bel Air agreed to host a "meet and greet" for all BMW owners and car enthusiasts. They generously provided the us with free key chains, umbrellas,food and drinks. What a great dealership ! They get 5 stars from me for taking the right steps to a new level of service and reaching out to the BMW owners. More
