I was searching for a rare color combo and feature set in the last of the 2010 650i Series. I found BMW of Bel Air online and spoke to Nic Brown. Having had a previous BMW serviced here, I have found both the sales and service staff personnel to be well informed and very pleasant to interact with in both sales and service areas. The 2003 Used 300 both the sales and service staff personnel to be well informed and very pleasant to interact with in both sales and service areas. The 2003 Used 300 series BMW was in near perfect shape and small items were immediately corrected. One could not ask for better service. My wife and I shopped for a BMW at the Bel Air dealership on a Saturday afternoon. We settled on a particular car and then had an issue with the car. We received an email from Mr. Richmond the very next day which was on a Sunday! We also received a personal phone call from Mr. Coleman, General Manager, on Monday asking if our issue had been resolved! Initially, we had reservations about how the matter would be handled but as it turned we were well taken care. Kudos to BMW of Bel Air and Towson. Thank you. More
