I scheduled my car for a diagnosis of an adaptive headlight failure. I scheduled the service 10 days in advance hoping for a same day diagnosis. After keeping the car for three days they didn't even headlight failure. I scheduled the service 10 days in advance hoping for a same day diagnosis. After keeping the car for three days they didn't even get my car in the shop. I checked daily using the remote camera feature and the car was in the exact same spot in their parking lot. Every day I had to reach out for updates. After three days I gave up. The cherry on top: they lost my key! More

Service department is inefficient. Oil changes take all day at the least and service issues take days to a week without loaner cars available. If you do get a loaner, you will get the smallest BMW offered even when you drive the largest BMW. Loaner provided was dirty and had less than 1/4 tank of gas. More

I made an online appt for 8am the next day. Checked in with an associate and left the dealership, thinking my car would be done at the end of the day, since I didn’t consider faulty door locks Checked in with an associate and left the dealership, thinking my car would be done at the end of the day, since I didn’t consider faulty door locks a major repair. I called at 12pm and was sent to voicemail. Completely understandable. I went back to dealership at 3pm, and was told they hadn’t looked at my car and probably wouldn’t look at it until the next day. I asked for a loaner and was told they had none. No one told me any of this when I checked the car in. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I asked if I had made the same appointments 2 weeks from now, would the results have been the same, and they said most likely. I can understand being busy or not having enough technicians. But if that’s the case, let the customers know upfront. I ended up going to an independent shop and getting my car fixed the next day, at a fraction of the cost. More
