Could not get the service I asked for. Called and made an appointment. Was very clear and specific and that I was trying to establish service for a new purchase. Took the car to the service with a couple of scary transmission related alerts that would trigger sporadically. I even captured them on a photo and shared with them. They told me they were unable to r transmission related alerts that would trigger sporadically. I even captured them on a photo and shared with them. They told me they were unable to reproduce the alerts and thus could not do anything. I can do a better debugging job on my dell computer even though I am not a dell service dealer. Very disappointing. I guess I have to wait for the car to completely break down before they'll be able to troubleshoot further. Need to find another shop to take it to now... More
