It is very hard to reach anyone in BMW of Bellevue. The communication with the customer is non-existent. I can not get return call and my service date was 11 days ago. I got my service done at this dealership. I worked with Ben who was great. 1) He arranged for me to get a Lyft home and to the dealership. The process was super easy. You get a text link to schedule your Lyft when it is convenient for you. 2) Ben stayed late to ensure my service work was done. I had a couple of items to be completed when I brought my car in on Friday. Originally the work was supposed to take till at least Monday with a Tuesday target pickup. The tech team finished it late Friday. Ben called me after hours to let me know the service was done and that I could pick the car up on Saturday. 3) Lastly, Ben helped me to save some money. When asked, he suggested that Costco was running a promotion on service and parts. That’s saved me a bunch of money. Overall, I had a great experience at this dealership. Oh, the new building they are in is pretty nice. Lots of light and very airy. More
