I go out of my way from downtown Tacoma to go to this dealership. I do so because of the experience and customer service are superior. My service advisor, Danial Hunt, is very good. He is knowledgeable, couteaus and friendly. My car is serviced and available in time. I also want to acknowledge and thank the staff at the service bay who knowledgeable, couteaus and friendly. My car is serviced and available in time. I also want to acknowledge and thank the staff at the service bay who greeted customers when they drive in and see customer off when cars are picked up and drive away. These staff were very good, efficient and friendly. On the other hand, this dealer's service department is extremely hard to reach by phone. Any phone call will need to wait for 20 minutes for any one to pick up. To make thing worse, an advisor can only provide update on the cars that he/she advises and can not provide update on cars that other advisors advise. In my case, I called the dealership for an update on my car, after waited for 20 minutes, an advisor picked up but can not provide any update on my car's status (whether it is ready, etc) since Daniel Hunt was my service advisor. The only thing he can do is to help me leave a message for Daniel and then wait for call -back. These days, all the information for a service job should be stored in computer already. Any advisor and receptionist should be able to look up the status of a car and tell customer. More
