I have been a customer of Bellevue BMW for many years and found their service to be very effective, reasonable, and the staff eager to do their best to provide lasting solutions to inevitable mechanical issu found their service to be very effective, reasonable, and the staff eager to do their best to provide lasting solutions to inevitable mechanical issues that develop with long time car ownership. My service representative has provided consistent advocacy when needed and real knowledge about the product to explain most any issue encountered. I am grateful to have had great service including my most recent experience with Matt Johnsen as my service rep. and I look forward to that history being repeated. More
Love this new facility. People are friendly, especially Randy Eaton. Although there was a little wait perhaps on a busy Saturday. We also needed to be elsewhere during the service, they helped us arranging Randy Eaton. Although there was a little wait perhaps on a busy Saturday. We also needed to be elsewhere during the service, they helped us arranging the Uber/Lyft service for both trips! Just a minor thing, like bottled water was out at the time. However, highly recommended their service! More
Very good experience. There is still a question that hasn't been answered about getting the car out of ecodrive and into comfort drive. Service was great, and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared for my appointment. Service was done right on schedule, so no extra waiting at all. Michelle is great. I needed the repair done on short notice in order to start a long planned road trip. The warning light came on only 48 hours before we were scheduled to leave. Michelle got my car in notice in order to start a long planned road trip. The warning light came on only 48 hours before we were scheduled to leave. Michelle got my car in and got the repair done within in 24 hours and we were able to leave as scheduled. She did great work. I am very pleased. More
Safeeullah was very pleasant and great to work with. He kept me updated and allowed me to come in the following day in order to pick up my vehicle in order to avoid wasting time during rush hour. This time I even received a video from the service dept. regarding my vehicle, which was neat. Having Lyft provided both ways was very convenient. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was that when I picked up my vehicle, the person driving it out to me had his mask 1/2 way on his face. Also, for some reason, I could not schedule my appointment online this time with attempts made on two separate days. The system did not seem to have any of my information available, even though I had scheduled online before. However, I eventually called and scheduled very easily and got in the next day. More
