Since BMW of Bellevue /AutoNation is in relationship of Veritas Global Protection plan of warranty for the brand, your representation to your customer with the purchase of the warranty did not provide enough effort to Veritas of availing the warranty. To think that I have the highest level of the warranty. The Premier protection plan that was recommended to me from the sale of the car. And still no answers to the repair of the car.
