I wasn't knocked out with my service experience this time.It was confusing and annoying to be presented with a quote for 3K in "optional" services that that are not actually recommended in the BMW sche time.It was confusing and annoying to be presented with a quote for 3K in "optional" services that that are not actually recommended in the BMW schedule. I requested a simple torque check on the wheels that could have been easily been accommodated and was not done. My service adviser was very pleasant but slow to return telephone calls.
