He was completely knowledgeable about the car when I purchased it, and on my Encore visit he showed me a lot of capabilities I wasn't even aware the car had. Michael was ready to spend as much time as I needed and showed me the capabilities through actual examples. The Encore visit was very much worth it in my opinion. Much more worthwhile that I expected it to be, honestly. Love my new car, but looking forward to the next car I get at Birmingham BMW. More

My Service is Unprecedented When I came into BMW of Birmingham for the first time for service everything about my experience was professional and the service I had was exceptiona When I came into BMW of Birmingham for the first time for service everything about my experience was professional and the service I had was exceptional. From the time I called, the receptionist sent me to the appointment scheduler - promptly- they were courteous and professional. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by my advisor- who checked me in fast and got me in and out in record time! I waited for 1.5 hours for my first maintenance - which is amazing. I waited in a well maintained, clean facility. The coffee bar was clean and delicious. They had new magazines, TV, wifi, and a children's area for my 5 year old. I purchased a t-shirt, tag, and spare key in the gift shop/retail area. Jim and Ken helped me with a smile. I looked at the 2016 BMW's on the exquisite showroom floor and Bruce and Sherrie came to talk to me about them. The friendly service I have experienced at BMW is welcoming and warm. I will be here for a very long time because I plan on being a repeat customer. More

BMA genius assist Michael Matkosky spent at least 90 minutes going over specific questions from parking to use of and pairing up of the backseat iPad. We also took the car on the interstate and he demonstrated the use of the cruise control. Search other dealerships before using this dealership My son traded a 2015 Chevrolet camaro ss 1le for a 2010 BME 328i. At the time I thought it was a good buying experience. We were due a refund of 7500 My son traded a 2015 Chevrolet camaro ss 1le for a 2010 BME 328i. At the time I thought it was a good buying experience. We were due a refund of 7500.00 and was told it would take 10 days but no longer than 14 days to receive it, however, that has not been the case. I have tried several times contacting them and no one will return my calls not even the General manager. So the bottom line with this dealership is after they get their sale made they could care less about the buyer. To be a BMW dealership you would think they would be more responsible. I need to purchase another car in June and I promise they will not ever get my business again. So beware buyers!!! More
