We visited the dealership to take advantage of the car care clinic. While there we met Jason. We found him to be friendly and very knowledgeable. Jason showed us several cars that might interest us. He had our 2008 appraised and helped us negotiate a price with which we were comfortable. Jason then spent time with us explaining and demonstrating how the updated features worked. He was patient and answered all our questions and invited us to come back to see him with any more questions after driving the car. We were highly impressed with Jason. More

I was instantly impressed with the workmanship of the vehicle as well as the way it handled on the road. Once we selected a vehicle, Jason stayed with me, giving me his 100% undivided attention, to make sure I understood all the amenities. Before the morning was through, I owned the X3. I have purchased several cars in the past and must say that Tom Williams' purchasing process was quick and easy. As a single female, I had many questions but all were all answered to my satisfaction. There was no haggling over price and I felt no pressure or rush from any of the employees to purchase the car. How nice! I was introduced to the service dept., the general manager, and also given a tour of the facilities. It was a great experience. More
