Very professional and great to buy from I stopped by Erhard BMW just to see what they have for CPO as my daughter needed a new car for her school driving. I have an older BMW which I bought from Erhard in 2013 and was looking to trade. I stopped at the Chevy and Jeep dealers earlier, and it felt the sales ppl there so pushy and exactly what we hear about used car salesmen. When I stopped by here, the sales guy Darryl Perry was very courteous and professional. I did not feel he was pushing me. I told him what I was looking for, and I needed to trade my older BMW. We narrowed the cars we looked at and I ended up test drive 2 of them. I asked him to price me the one that has fewer miles. The price for the car was on the high-end and the trade on my car was less what the Chevy dealer gave me. I know the dealer and the sales guy need to make money, so I gave him my bottom line price for the whole deal to see if we can make it a win-win, so he went and consulted with his manager and came back with a shaking hand for the deal. The whole shopping process and decision making took an hour or less; the whole transaction took less than 2.5 hrs as I waited there and did the whole thing. The financial manager Brook, was very nice as she stayed after their close time at 8PM to finish my paperwork & let me drive the new car that night. Overall great experience, great customer service, and hopefully, the car will be great too as still sitting in the garage due to the weather we have. I recommend Darryl if anyone looking at BMW at Erhard. More

Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Yesterday when I took my car in for service my Service Advisor was Bryan K. and he went out of his way to make me comfortable and limit my walking after seeing I had a health issue and I appreciate it.
