I am new to BMW and Erhard and I was pleasantly surprised to find exceptional service on my first visit. Mike Hood was my advisor and he took the time to answer my questions and explain the differences with my BMW. He also made the comment "Welcome to the family", which is what I felt was lacking with other dealerships. The staff at Erhard wants me to enjoy my car and not just be a past purchase. Just picked up my latest X-5 - it's over the top! David's knowledge is impressive, he's efficient, and honest in his suggestions/thoughts about building and then operating the vehicle that would suit me best. Bob Ufolla in service has been the other half of this experience - he couldn't be more accommodating, efficient, knowledgeable or attentive. Until recently I have always purchased my cars, which makes his honesty, knowledge and immediate attention even more important. Absolutely the best all the way around!! More
