The first time was I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW 228i at Erhard in April 2018, and I have returned twice for a check on minor service issues. The first time was to inspect the underside of the car after hitting some road debris on a highway trip. No damage, and no charge for the inspection. The second time was to replace a run-flat tire that had broken on a pothole. Again, a great visit - and I recommend the tire and wheel coverage! Everyone I have worked with is professional, friendly, and looking for ways to help. No funny business or unnecessary upselling. Just a great customer experience! More

My services adviser, Mike Hood is absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, he is 100% honest and trustworthy and takes extra time to ensure that everything is explained to your satisfaction! The part that my vehicle needed (wheel bering) took longer than anticipated to arrive at the dealership but that was not the fault of Erhard BMW.
