My services adviser, Mike Hood is absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, he is 100% honest and trustworthy and takes extra time to ensure that everything is explained to your satisfaction! The part that my vehicle needed (wheel bering) took longer than anticipated to arrive at the dealership but that was not the fault of Erhard BMW. Every time, from reception to the pick up of my vehicle I receive exemplary client service from Mike and Erhard BMW!! We will never go anywhere else. More
