Ev My experience at Erhard was great! From the time we were greeted at the desk until the time we left, everyone was very helpful and happy to assist. Everyone always had a smile on their face and seemed to enjoy their job. Jeni, our sales rep was awesome and very knowledgeable! She definitely knows the BMW brand inside and out! My husband and I were so pleased with the service that we're going to purchase our next BMW there. We previously went to another dealership for my husbands BMW but will get his next one from Erhard! There is this la Perfect place to for you new BMW!! After a thorough search, I made Erhard-Bloomfield Hills as my final destination for my new BMW. There is this lady "Jeni'" who was really kind & professional in walking me through the inventory. I would strongly recommend someone to visit Erhard before giving your commitment else where to know the trend & better filtering your preferences. Good people & service. They have a vast promising inventory. Set Erhard as your first choice. Good luck for your new BMW!! More

Jeni was beyond responsive and set a new standard for customer service and experience. We will definitely be coming back for our next BMW. More

It is my opinion, and my experience, that the service team does more than enough to win customers for life on the first visit. There is another BMW dealer closer to my home, but I'll gladly drive to Erhard from now on. Thanks a million to Bob Ufolla for all his help getting my wife's 328i back in fully-mission-capable condition...without breaking our bank! 10-out-of-10 stars for Erhard's service department. While I was there, I met Kevin in sales, and although I was just bumming around looking at cars in the showroom while the 328 was getting worked, he took time to talk cars for a while. Our next BMW purchase will also be from Erhard. More
Watch out for Brian! Went there to test drive and make an offer on a new BMW. Worked with Brian. He was doing me a favor to offer the car to me $1000 below MSRP. KBB, Edmu Went there to test drive and make an offer on a new BMW. Worked with Brian. He was doing me a favor to offer the car to me $1000 below MSRP. KBB, Edmunds, TrueCar all state that the car is selling around invoice - a $4000 difference. I made an offer that only made him angry. Anger is not a good quality in a salesperson. I went to BMW Farmington Hills and bought the car there. They treated me with respect there. Be careful at this dealership - There's probably a reason why there is only 1.5 stars on this web site. At 10 we entered the dealership and walked over to the red 228 at the front of the store. We sat in it, walked around it and waited for a salesperson to help us. We waited until 1020. Numerous salespeople were talking to each other and could not be bothered to help us. We left and no one even acknowledged us. My son was going to purchase today. Instead he went and test drove an Audi S3. That dealer talked to us within 2 minutes of entering the dealership. He still likes the 228i but he will not be buying it from Erhard. More

The vehicle was returned to me with a clean bill of health. However it did now have a cracked windshield. I inquired about the window and was told "that can happen".... Two weeks later the "service" lite came on. I call the dealer and they stated it must be a mistake and someone must not have reset the indicator. I took the vehicle back for service and was told it needed new front brakes, had an oil leak and the window would be $1500 to replace. I was shocked. I asked why it was not found and received no good answer. I asked to see the issues first hand. It did need brakes, the front INBOARD pads were worn. It seems that the complete check does not consist of actually looking at anything. The dealer was nice enough to pay for the labor of the window, if I bought the $700 part..... It turns out the "oil leak" was "not and issue..." After completing that service I picked up the vehicle and headed directly to the airport. On the way I decided to use my wipers. They are on the wrong sides...... I called the dealer and they wanted me to take more time from my schedule, bring them the car again for a visit. Beyond that I received a notice that I needed to schedule a service visit for my "oil leak". When I contacted the Service manager I received no return call. I call the adviser again and finally received a call from the service manager. While on speaker it was clear that Mr. Polk was not paying attention. The background conversation was very apparent. I will not be returning to this dealer. My next purchase will be from another BMW dealer. More
Stealership, not dealership I've had a BMW since 2008 and on my most recent visit it required some expensive repairs. While the repairs were being done, I wanted to see what I c I've had a BMW since 2008 and on my most recent visit it required some expensive repairs. While the repairs were being done, I wanted to see what I could get as a trade in if I was to lease a brand new vehicle or purchase a certified 2 year old car. I was completely floored when they offered me about $2000 less than what the Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds.com lowest price. Yet, for their Certified Used car they are asking over $2000 more than the maximum value according to KBB and Edmunds. If you expect me to pay you more than KBB and Edmunds, then you should give me more for my car as well. What a double standard! As a car, BMW is an amazing machine, but as a dealership, they don't even want to meet you half way. And I don't want to even start talking about their ASTRONOMICAL prices for relatively simple jobs.
