It was a fantastic experience that went off without a hitch--all we had to do was show up and I and my wife were treated royally. We drove an X3 similar to the one I purchased and was able to drive it to MY limit. The car certainly would have gone a lot faster and done more crazy things than my stomach would allow. I was impressed with the X3 before I attended the one-day driving school, but now I think it's an unbelievably safe and intuitive vehicle.
