We just took possession of our new 3 series BMW. The experience was great and Audrey our sales rep was excellent. The car is beautiful and the dealership is now owned by Penske Automotive and clearly has maintained or improved on very high standards. As always Roger Penske continues to leave his mark on the Detroit Metro area and BMW continues to make very fine cars (sans the bucked tooth grill on the new 4 series - it’s the new ‘Bangle Butt’) Great Dealership! Bob Ufolla did his usual great job. Brought it in for an oil change and 5G upgrade. I was impressed that BMW could upgrade my telematics to 5G with hardware and software on my 2016 BMW 328i Xdrive.
