I brought my car to Erhard BMW of Bloomfield Hills due to a faulty water pump (which was covered by warranty). Chuck contacted me to inform me that several other repairs needed to be completed. My car was a faulty water pump (which was covered by warranty). Chuck contacted me to inform me that several other repairs needed to be completed. My car was there for a week and when I received my car back, I noticed a loud noise that wasn't there when I brought the car into service so I called and spoke to the manager, who ask me to bring the car in to have it looked at so I did. While they did look at the car quickly and fix the issue, I should have never had to interrupt my day and drive the car back into service to fix!!! If someone quality checked vechicles, this could have save me time and money!!! 3 stars for a poor customer experience. More
