I would like to compliment my service advisor Mr. Michael Hood for exceptional service . He explained everything that was done on my car. Initially he said he will try his best to get me out sooner but then Hood for exceptional service . He explained everything that was done on my car. Initially he said he will try his best to get me out sooner but then on inspection it was discovered that i needed a new front right tire(flat out kind). And so my stay extended for several hours.
