My 2013 X1 spent several (six'ish) months parked outside during the pandemic. As a result it wouldn’t start and when jumped could not accelerate due to a blockage. I had it towed in for some routine ser during the pandemic. As a result it wouldn’t start and when jumped could not accelerate due to a blockage. I had it towed in for some routine services at Erhard BMW. Brian took care of everything for me, he had my recall work completed, he had them do a complete interior and exterior detailing, (they’re running a great promo), and also reminded me about my scheduled brake service requirement so I could complete everything all at once. Everything was great! Brian researched my battery dates and found it was under warranty, so no charge, and then he had his team deliver my wagon to me in Toledo! That’s Great Service!
