During the cost explanations the details of the additional charges were not explained properly. There are 4 separate charges that this store pays on every new BMW we sell above and beyond the amount we pay BMW for the care its self. 1. Training and Service fee paid to the manufacture to help fund our training and education of our staff. 2. A Marketing Support fee also paid to the manufacture to help fund advertising and local marketing. 3. A full tank of gas at delivery 4. Floor Mats When we are presented a cost from the internet source we attempt to explain these charges however this is often the result. We attempted to work further with this customer without success.
