My bmw was running terribly. Engine shaking. Smoking. Would barely run. Took it in expecting massive bill as out of warranty. Turns out it was a bad spark plug and they had repla Engine shaking. So told me it was no charge. They definitely could have charged for diagnostics etc and I wouldn’t have cared. This just shows these guys are looking out for their customers and not looking to nickel and dime you. More
