Highly recommended! While searching online for a Honda CR-V I found one at BMW of Bloomington with low miles and what appeared to be great condition. I called and While searching online for a Honda CR-V I found one at BMW of Bloomington with low miles and what appeared to be great condition. I called and was connected to Frankie Ingardona in Sales. After asking about it, Frankie immediately went out and sent me a detailed video of the car confirming both the condition and the previously posted pictures. We agreed on a price, there was no high pressure tactics to get me to buy unwanted unwanted items or a warranty. I sent a deposit and then wired the balance. Two weeks later I flew to Bloomington; Frankie picked me up at the airport. When I arrived I found the car to be exactly as described perfectly detailed with a tank full of gas and ready to go. It was a very pleasant experience all around. I can without hesitation recoomend both Frankie and BMW of Bloomington. Greg More
