I like the BMW Service Department. They have done great jobs under the leadership of Jeremy Goad. He has been outstanding and has taken care of my car for last 7+ years. BMW of Bloomington is a hidden gem found far back on Commerce BLVD off of South Veterans Parkway. Our experience there was unexpectedly low pressure and high in information and customer service.
