Service itself was fine. Dealer works for the customer not the manufacturer though. Submit the darn warranty claim and let the manufacturer decide. An advisor is definitely not an investigator. Do your job. More

I’ve received great service from this dealership. I took my car in for oil change, break fluid change, new wipers and annual check up. I was in and out in less than 2 hours.
