Sales could have been more informative when buying the car that they offer an extended warranty instead of when the payment was being made and then letting me know about the option. Wasn’t mentally prepa car that they offer an extended warranty instead of when the payment was being made and then letting me know about the option. Wasn’t mentally prepared for the extra $5000. Had to use the service department to get a battery replaced 6 months after the purchase. Mark was very professional and accommodating which made that experience better than expected! More

Was looking for a new car for my wife. Wanted safety, reliability, luxury and performance AND the ability to have it serviced locally— pretty tall order. Studied online and went to BMW of Bowling Green to check out a new X1. Met Vlad and he was incredibly helpful for us”non technical” folks in showing the tech in the car. Incredibly friendly, extremely helpful and, best of all, NO “high pressure” sales pitch. We looked on Saturday and came back Monday and purchased the car (without even looking elsewhere or at other brands). Deal was quite fair and customer service was 5 star. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market. Whenever we purchase another. Who let the only place I’ll be looking is BMW of Bowling Green! More
