I was there 2 hours for an oil change and brake fluid change. The service people were nice. The courtesy driver,Chris, was extremely nice. I believe they only had 1 service technician. Tried to fix the windows on our Mercedes. Charged $200. 10 drives later, windows quit working again. No refund, no responsibility taken. They had every opportunity to do the right thing, but chose not to. 10 drives later, windows quit working again. No refund, no responsibility taken.
