Brought my BMW for service (oil change, etc.). Excellent customer service as always. John and Chris were very professional and polite. Tried to fix the windows on our Mercedes. Charged $200. 10 drives later, windows quit working again. No refund, no responsibility taken. They had every opportunity to do the right thing, but chose not to. 10 drives later, windows quit working again. No refund, no responsibility taken.
