I had a very frustrating experience at this dealership’s repair center and would not recommend their service based on what I went through. Initially, I brought my car in for a specific issue, but I was t repair center and would not recommend their service based on what I went through. Initially, I brought my car in for a specific issue, but I was told to repair a part that ultimately was not the problem. After paying for that unnecessary fix, I returned to explain that the issue was still not resolved. Instead of properly addressing the concern, they had me do a drive test, then made me wait around for about 30 minutes, only to tell me they would follow up with a quote. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. The lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At this point, I am requesting a refund for the part that was replaced but did not fix the issue. I also expect a clear resolution regarding the actual problem, which I’ve been told involves the parking brake clip. Overall, this experience has been a waste of time and money, and I hope the dealership takes responsibility and resolves this situation promptly. More
