I purchased a 430i, they mistakenly overcharged my checking account by an additional $5k and now I have to wait a week to get reimbursed. Sales was GREAT. Jose P. was friendly, accommodating, and stayed late to make sure we got to see every car we wanted. 10 stars for Jose! Fraudulent work with payment packing. He tried to get me to sign a service contract for $5600. When I asked about it, he said it was already included in the price and a mandatory part of the purchase. So I asked to see the purchase contract and lo-and behold, the vehicle cost was suddenly inflated by $5600. He blamed the sales manager, who "wasn't there right now" and then reduced the sales price on the contract. Then magically, I no longer needed to sign the service contract that was already included in the price. The monthly payment seemed too high so I checked the numbers again, and he had put the total purchase price as the finance price and put the down payment seperately so that I was paying an extra $3500 on the car. I pointed it out and it was another "whoops, so sorry, my mistake." You're a finance manager... how do you not know where to enter vehicle costs? That was no accident. Shady, shady, SHADY!!! If you have to buy here, quadruple-check your numbers, they're pulling some illegal work in the finance department and trying to play it off as mistakes. If nothing else, it was a major waste of time! More
