I purchased a 430i, they mistakenly overcharged my checking account by an additional $5k and now I have to wait a week to get reimbursed. Fraudulent work with payment packing. He tried to get me to sign a service contract for $5600. When I asked about it, he said it was already included in the price and a mandatory part of the purchase. So I asked to see the purchase contract and lo-and behold, the vehicle cost was suddenly inflated by $5600. He blamed the sales manager, who "wasn't there right now" and then reduced the sales price on the contract. Then magically, I no longer needed to sign the service contract that was already included in the price. The monthly payment seemed too high so I checked the numbers again, and he had put the total purchase price as the finance price and put the down payment seperately so that I was paying an extra $3500 on the car. I pointed it out and it was another "whoops, so sorry, my mistake." You're a finance manager... how do you not know where to enter vehicle costs? That was no accident. Shady, shady, SHADY!!! If you have to buy here, quadruple-check your numbers, they're pulling some illegal work in the finance department and trying to play it off as mistakes. If nothing else, it was a major waste of time! More
