The service was great, got there and with in 10 minutes my car was being serviced. I was told it would be about 2 hour wait and they had it done in an hour and a half. It was my pleasure visiting this dealership. Normally all my BMWs have been serviced at Creviers. My appointed service adviser Juan Carlos did a great job! At first I checked in for a brake jo Normally all my BMWs have been serviced at Creviers. My appointed service adviser Juan Carlos did a great job! At first I checked in for a brake job and ini price was a bit more than I thought. After a few conversations he offered me a discount program they have. The good thing is they listen to customers and are willing to work with me. After all, I end up with another problem that has nothing to do with brake work. Thankfully I was under cover by my extended warranty program and worry free. Juan was able to respond to my request quickly and courteous via text. overall great customer service and reasonable price. I Highly recommend it . More
