People are friendly, they are generally organized, and I am mostly satisfied with my car. I purchased my certified BMW which was technically new with only a few miles on it as it was a service loaner. My di am mostly satisfied with my car. My "new" car came with a broken sunroof rain gutter which I took in to get fixed. Now my sunroof has a very annoying rattle that the service advisor said might be the frame. Made an appointment to get it serviced along with an oil change. Turns out they couldn't service the sunroof because those techs are only in Mon-Fri, of course I wasn't told that when making the appointment. Now I have to go back for a 3rd time to get it fixed. So I like the straightforward approach and no pushy sales/service reps. Just wished the rest was smooth. Tired of going in. More
