I recently bought a new BMW X7 from Buena Park BMW. The sales people are outstanding, but the finance department actually made me angry. It was a happy time spending the whole day to buy a new car and everything went very well until the finance department. He talks “race car” fast and trying to upsell with fast talking tricky. Suddenly, my payment went up $200 per month and fortunately, I looked at everything before signing. I believe he was trying to trick me into signing for more service coverage on a new car that shouldn’t need those type of services within three years. When I called him out on it, he backtracked and happily took it off the bill. Why do we have to even have someone like this representing BMW of Buena Park? It makes me have second thoughts about ever going back. SecondlyI had a trade-in and we agreed on an amount they would pay me and when the payoff came in they should have given me $500 more for my car because I owed $500 less than I thought and the finance guy didn’t credit it towards my side. I believe he was untruthful on where that extra $500 went. I am a person that stays faithful to a good dealership and I change cars out more often than some. The last dealership I bought many cars from is no longer in business and that’s when I switched to Buena Park BMW. I have a different feeling about Buena Park BMW finance after experiencing the financial trickery. I believe they should just be straight up and honest and allow you to choose in a normal and honest way without forgetting to tell you that your payment just went up. More
The worst company and the worst customer service ever! They don’t respect customers at all, I had more than 3 incidents with them. First, I had my car damaged by their road side assistance company. As a result I had complete damage of one of the Jack Pad that supports car lifting, also I had a lot of severe scratches in the bottom of the car. That was concerning to me as it is an electric car, and that damage may impact the Battery located in the bottom of the car. And instead of helping me repair the whole thing or at least giving me the option to switch to another car due to my safety concerns, they treated me in a very disrespectful way to the level that they almost neglected me. And kept telling me that they can’t do anything and I have to contact BMW north America or BMW financial center. And after many calls for hours I wasn’t helped and I was directed back to the dealership where I met one of the managers who told me to leave now and they will contact me to arrange everything, and it’s been more than 2 months now and nobody contacted me yet!! Then finally 3 days back I received a call from someone called Carlos, who invited me to come to the dealership to help me lower my payment or getting me a good offer for another car. And we agreed to meet on Saturday 11/29 at Buena park location. And he asked to contact him while I am on my way for him to be ready. So I hit the road and called him when I was 20 mins to arrive, but surprisingly he said wait I need to check on one thing in one minute and will call you back. And after more than 30 minutes he texted me not to come at all and he will update me. I texted back asking what happened and it’s been almost a day now with no single answer!!! More

She is responsive while she may be busy and acknowledgeable of my concerns for the past few months on my 2018 advisor, ask for Victoria Spoonhunter! She is responsive while she may be busy and acknowledgeable of my concerns for the past few months on my 2018 BMW 3 Series I have her take care of my car for insurance needs, warranty work, and regular service. So far, my car has been running in tip-top shape. Already at 109,000 miles, it's still driving smoothly as it did from when I purchased it (of course some things need to be replaced over time). I hope it will still run for the next 5 years before I come back again for a newer car. Thank you Victoria! You're awesome! More
