We’ll the number above that I was given to contact was the dealership who had no idea what DealerRater even was. No one knows’. Anyways I would like to speak with someone about my experience but need a working number. According to other ratings it looks like many others have had negative experiences at the dealership also. I’ve not changed my mind. I went to a Lexus dealer and bought a car and had the best experience. Maybe BMW at this dealership should copy Lexus customer service. I do not recommend BMW of Buena Park!!!!
