Tried to cheat me during my recent service visit. Gave me a list totaling over $12,000 including the ashtray replacement (which I had requested) which was quoted at over $650. The service representative said “we have to replace the whole console” when I asked “how could it be $650?” I purchased a new ashtray replacement on-line for $25 and replaced it in under thirty minutes with help from a youtube video. This shop is either dishonest, incompetent or both. More
