This dealers service department is one of the most untrustworthy service center I’ve ever have been too. Twice they have tried to over charge for services that were not even needed. It takes them 5 untrustworthy service center I’ve ever have been too. Twice they have tried to over charge for services that were not even needed. It takes them 5 days to even look at a car and they only cover 2 days of a rental car. We BMW owners have spent money on a car that should be given too service with honest repairs that are needed. And loaner cars or rentals covered 100%. Very disappointed. Will not take my car back. More

Juan saw that my vehicle had the digital key card available and asked if I received it at the time of purchase back in July 2021. I said I did not so he ordered the key car and made sure that it was installed correctly so that I could operate the door locks and start engine mode. I am a former US Army Infantry Sergeant and I recognized and rewarded my men who showed outstanding achievement and attention to detail in doing a great job.
