The second time was the charm. I purchased a 2022 M340i from BMW of Ontario but failed to disclose the performance limitation of the car if they're equipped with certain wheel and I purchased a 2022 M340i from BMW of Ontario but failed to disclose the performance limitation of the car if they're equipped with certain wheel and tire packages. I later found out I bought one with a lesser top speed limiter (130mph). I understand I may hardly ever go as fast as 155mph but this car is quick to triple-digit speeds. I used the configurator on bmwusa.com website and it didn't mention anything about this detail. The M340i is a performance-oriented car and knowing there are two variations of speed limiters on them is a big deal to some. They want the most of the car like this. When BMW of Ontario was uneager to help and make their omission right by getting me the car I went to purchase in the first place, they blew me off and ignored me. I kept searching for an M340i with the spec necessary to be equipped with the higher top speed limiter. Days later, I found one at BMW of Buena Park. I contacted the dealership and provided my dilemma. After all the details were known, I made an appointment and I went in first thing in the morning to buy my M340i. I was helped by Danny. He was great and informative throughout the process. He and the dealership made it right for me. Even though it may have not been the best financial decision on my end. I knew I wasn't going to be happy with the first M340i. I'm happy now. Lighter in my pockets but happy. More

Brought my car in to check on the AC power sockets for both from and back, this is a brand new X5 but there is no power going to both sockets. Dealer kept my car for a full day, gave back to me simply sai both from and back, this is a brand new X5 but there is no power going to both sockets. Dealer kept my car for a full day, gave back to me simply said I need a new charging cable for my phone. Apparently they didn’t bother to check the fuse or anything because as of this writing, the same problem still occurred and I got a brand new charger and cable, of course the service person lied to my face. Horrible service , will never bring my car back here again! More
