The day I dropped my car off the person who I met was acting normal but later when I came to pick up my car she made sure to ignore me. For sale process to finalize, I had to wait 4 hours longer than the sale person had promised me. The finance person told me untrue stories just to sell me additional expensive useless packages. The sale person did not explain anything meaningful about the vehicle works. I did make an appointment to leave my car for service, unfortunately they don't provided courtesy car while your car is in service. I have to wait at the dealer. It took to much time and expensive. And th unfortunately they don't provided courtesy car while your car is in service. I have to wait at the dealer. It took to much time and expensive. And there is not many options anywhere else in order to keep the warranty. Aside of these problems the service advisor Linda was great. I will come back for my next service. More
