I obtained a small claims judgment against BMW and Steve Thomas BMW. When they failed to pay the judgment I faxed letters to avoid going back to Court. He then mocked me by saying that if I really needed the money that he woud loan it to me. The whole telephone call he had me on speakerphone with others in his office and everyone was laughing and having a good time at the show Mr. Thomas was putting on. What a class act! Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
